Andrew has taught guitar lessons for over 15 years, working with hundreds of students from the age of 4 to 70. He takes great joy in teaching students from complete beginners to fellow professionals, specializing in rock, jazz, blues, and classical music. Andrew has led workshops, masterclasses, and ensembles, and served for two years as Adjunct Instructor of Jazz Guitar at Kenyon College.

Andrew performs regularly as a sideman and bandleader in New York and can be found around the city often playing in duos, trios and quartets. He has performed and recorded with jazz musicians such as Chris Cheek, Ike Sturm, Derek DiCenzo, Michael Cox, and Maggie Green.
Andrew currently has two albums out as a leader, which feature his playing and original compositions. His latest, Compass, is receiving the attention of critics who have called it: “…an engaging and exceptional work of art” (All About Jazz), and “quite stunning… makes me want to hit the repeat button” (UK Vibe).
