  • Charlotte has teaching experience for over 10 years and has taught in music colleges in Europe and Asia to students of all ages. She tries to build a personal relationship with each of her students and works on their specific qualities and needs. She has been teaching individual singing lessons, but also group lessons in dance, choir and close harmony.


Charlotte, born in Belgium, now living in Brooklyn, is a vocalist of many talents. She started performing in 2008 and established herself to be an outstanding vocalist of international reputation in no time.

She has performed in many world class venues through Europe as a leading vocalist but also as a backing vocalist. Charlotte is also an exquisite song writer and composer. As a bandleader and leading lady, she composes for the music project Seiren, which performs the original pieces by Charlotte herself. Their debut album “Architekt” was highly praised by national and international renowned papers and internet blogs. They repeatedly performed in many high class venues all around Europe.
Since she moved to NY, she collaborated with different musicians and recorded her first solo record in collaboration with Zubin Hensler (Half Waif, Hannah Epperson, Fleet Foxes) and is performing in different venues in the area. Her record is set to release this year.
Charlotte has a passion for sharing her skill with others and believes that education is a very important part of a human being’s life. Because of her outstanding qualities as an artist she was asked to teach at the Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory, Nepal and different art schools of the highest quality in Belgium.

Throughout her career, Charlotte has always been in consistent demand for different vocal and composing projects, such as Midnight Blue Birds, backing vocalist with Eurovision finalist Tom Dice, backing vocalist with the Italian songwriter Sarah Ferri and supporting Berlin’s hippest Phantom 8 studio by composing their soundtrack of a highly impressive indie video game, just to name a few.
