Elina G.

My name is Elina G., I was born and raised in Cyprus and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clarinet performance at Manhattan School of under the guidance of Mr. Charles Neidich.

My previous studies include a BA in Musicology and a Master degree in Classical Clarinet from Athens, Greece and Royal Conservatoire in Mons, Belgium.

During my studies in Europe, I have been a member in numerous youth orchestras and attended in masterclasses worldwide.

Throughout my Bachelor degree I have had opportunities to attend to music education, music psychology and music in society courses and seminars.

I have been involved in teaching and music education since 2016 teaching music, music theory and clarinet to children of different ages. I have experience teaching beginners as well as advanced musicians. My goal is to introduce children to the magical world of music, support and encourage them to express themselves, find their voice and have fun while singing, dancing, playing and learning. 

I recently became a certified music together instructor providing early music education.
