Elizabeth has extensive experience teaching both voice and piano in the classroom as well as privately.
Bachelors in Music Education from the Inter American University in Puerto Rico.
Masters Degree with a concentration in Performance from The New School, Mannes College.
Elizabeth enrolled in the Inter American University in San German, Puerto Rico where she gained a Bachelors Degree in Music Education and Voice. As a soprano and understudy for the role of AMparo, Elizabeth was part of the Operetta “Cofressí” of the renowned composer Rafael Hernández in the Fine Arts Theater of Santurce, P.R.
Elizabeth has also been a part of summer programs and festivals for classical singers such as IV Choir Festival of the Caribbean in Panama City, Summer Vocal Art Workshop in Puerto Rico, AIMS in Graz- Austria and CLA “La Lingua Della Lirica” in Novafeltria, Italy.
Besides classical music, Elizabeth has also participated in concerts performing broadway musicals such as: Mary Poppins, Mamma Mia and Cats. She was also part of the theater and ballet group 3 Generations in San Germán, PR.
Elizabeth finished her Masters Degree at The New School, Mannes College with a concentration in Performance under well-known professors such as Beth Roberts, Glenn Morton and Susan Versage. Elizabeth is currently working in a public school as a music teacher and choir director in the Bronx, New York. This past April, she joined Bartholomew’s Church in Queens, N.Y. where she became the singing leader of the congregation. And last but not least important, Elizabeth joined the young artist program, Classic Lyric Arts as a Social Media Content Developer.
