Liann C.

• Liann teaches students of all ages and skill levels, and has been teaching since 2012. She loves to share her enthusiasm and joy of playing the harp with her students. She teaches both pedal and lever harp.

Bio

Liann C. is a NYC-based harpist and private harp instructor. Since moving to NYC in 2015, she has performed with several orchestras and ensembles, including The Chelsea Symphony, The 8-Bit Big Band, Broadway Bach Ensemble, Queer Urban Orchestra, Centre Symphony Orchestra, The Riverside Orchestra, Gateway Classical Music Society, Camerata Notturna, the Dell’Arte Opera Ensemble, Blue Hill Troupe, and Orchestra at Shelter Rock.

She has performed an occasional afternoon tea at the St. Regis New York, and returned to her home state of Michigan every season from 2017 through 2021 as resident harpist of the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.  Liann regularly provides solo harp for weddings, funerals, church services, and other special events.
