She is a versatile performer of classical, musical theater and pop who has played with Opera Italiana in Central Park with members of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, the Broadway Sinfonietta alongside Laura Bell Bundy and to the sold out “To Be a Diva” drag cabaret at NYC LGBTQ+ institution, The Duplex. She also most recently performed with Gallery Players on their production of If/Then playing both electric and upright bass.

Lindsay is an adventurous, creative solo performer who is actively bringing works by living composers to life. She has commissioned works such as Kirsten Ewart’s “Childlike”, (double bass and doorstops) and recorded for Dan Langa’s multi-movement project, “After Nothing Comes”, (small ensemble). In addition, She has worked with composers from Tufts University alongside bassist Robert Black and composer John McDonald to workshop, perform and record new works by students.

Lindsay is also a passionate music educator, who believes in diversity, equity, inclusion and making music for everyone. She is currently pioneering a general music program at a Charter School in Brooklyn by creating exciting new music lessons for young girls. She spent two years as a teaching artist at a school in Brooklyn, inspiring young violin, viola, cello and double bass students. Now she is thrilled to be with Music to Your Home, teaching violin, guitar and bass.
