Nemanja has experience teaching both violin and viola to students of all levels.  He has taught privately and at various music schools.

Bio

Nemanja A. was born in Belgrade in 1999.  He started playing music at an early age.  He began violin at the age of six and enrolled in music school.  He started playing viola at age 13.  Nemanja won numerous awards and competitions in high school including 1st prize at the International String Competition in 2013.

Nemanja has been the member of several orchestras in Belgrade and abroad.  He won the laureate and the award for the absolute winner of the viola discipline at the International Competition “Golden Steps” in 2019.  During his studies, Nemanja was the participant of the masterclass at the Menuhin Academy in Geneva.

Throughout his years as a professional musician, he has performed with orchestras all over the world and worked under the direction of some of the most acclaimed conductors worldwide.

Perhaps one of his greatest collaborations was made with Max Richter, one of the most famous composers in Italy, who recorded music for the most famous publishing house Deutsche Gramophone together with the Baltic Sea Philharmonic Orchestra.
