Senlin has taught music lessons for many years. She designs engaging piano and voice lessons to develop skills in young learners. She incorporates and emphasizes proper technique, music theory and pedagogy into her lesson plans.
Bio
Senlin Y. is a New York–based music educator and performer specializing in piano and voice. She teaches students of all ages using a holistic approach that combines technical skill, musical expression, and individualized learning. Experienced in bilingual curricula and familiar with Faber, Alfred, and Bastien methods as well as ABRSM exams, Senlin aims to nurture each student’s confidence, creativity, and lifelong love of music. She speaks and can teach lessons in Chinese.
