Bio

Virginia has been a vocalist since they were in kindergarten, participating in several choral ensembles such as South Florida Girl Choir, VAPA Choir, Vero Beach Choral Society, and several summer music institutes. Virginia received their Bachelor’s of Music degree with a focus in Classical Voice at Shenandoah Conservatory in 2019. Despite training and performing in the classical music industry, Virginia is self-taught in contemporary-commercial styles, such as jazz, folk, indie-rock, and pop. In May 2022, Virginia completed their Master’s of Music degree with a focus in Voice Pedagogy in Contemporary Commercial Music at Shenandoah Conservatory. With this program being the only one of its kind that grants the opportunity to study voice pedagogy in genres outside of Classical and Music Theatre genres, Virginia brings a very niche qualification to the voice world. In addition, Virginia specializes in training transgender singers who take hormones. Virginia is very excited to be working in New York with such a variety of students.
