Soprano Rebecca R. has performed as a classical singer throughout the United States as well as in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Australia and has made appearances in such musical landmarks as Carnegie Hall, the Sydney Opera House, and Smetana Hall. Past operatic roles and scenes include Marguerite (Faust), Pamina and First Lady (The Magic Flute), Jay (Cunning Little Vixen), and Beth (Little Women). As an accomplished concert soloist, Rebecca has performed a wide range of early music and concert works, including such masterpieces as Mozart’s Requiem, Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass, Faure’s Requiem, and Rutter’s Requiem.
A native of Southern California, Rebecca recently relocated to New York City where she continues to appear as a guest soloist and is acclimating herself as an emerging artist in the New York metropolitan area.
