Sarah is an an active freelancer and teacher in NYC, and has performed throughout the United States as both an orchestral and chamber artist in venues ranging from Carnegie Hall to the Park Avenue Armory. She has appeared with the New York Philharmonic, the Jacksonville Symphony, Ensemble 212, Artemis Chamber Ensemble, ensemble mise-en, and Windscape. Sarah serves as oboe instructor at music academy in Westchester and is a teaching artist for the Manhattan School of Music Distance Learning department, and serves as a substitute instructor at the Manhattan School of Music’s Precollege Division. Sarah has spent summers at the Music Academy of the West, Texas Music Festival, and the Brevard Music Center, and has been a two-time soloist with the Jacksonville Symphony. She holds a Master of Music in Orchestral Performance from the Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelor of Music from the Florida State University, her principal teachers being Robert Botti and Eric Ohlsson.
