Jessica has taught flute lessons to students of all ages and levels, from beginning six-year-olds to advanced high school students. She teaches in home lessons, at a music school in Elmhurst, Queens, as well as coaches flute sections in high school ensembles.

Originally from Los Angeles, Jessica is a performer and teacher residing in New York City. She earned her Master’s of Music in Flute Performance at the Manhattan School of Music. She holds a Bachelor’s in the same field from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, at which she won the James Pellerite Flute Orchestral Excerpt Competition. Her prominent teachers include Catherine Karoly, Marya Martin, and Thomas Robertello. In 2014, Jessica co-founded Redbrick Duo with classical guitarist Damien Kelly. They have toured extensively throughout the United States and Ireland, including giving recitals at the American Irish Historical Society in New York City, a performance as part of the Kaleidoscope Concert Series in Dublin, Ireland, and a private recital for the E.U. Ambassador at his residence in Washington, D.C. In the fall of 2015, Redbrick Duo released their debut album, available on iTunes, Spotify, and CD Baby. In the mornings, Jessica is a preschool teacher on the Upper West Side.
