Brad is widely considered one of the pre-eminent Concert Baritone Saxophonist of his generation. As a member of the New Century Saxophone Quartet from 1988-2004, he appears on the first 6 NCSQ recordings and performed with the group throughout the United States, Europe, Central America and Asia. He commissioned and premiered Benjamin Boone’s “Concerto for Baritone Saxophone and Orchestra” as well as pieces from Sherwood Shaffer, David Sanford, Monica Ashton, and Michael Bellar. As a composer Brad writes extensively for Diametric Ensemble, a multi-genre chamber ensemble which he founded in 2003. He also has music and arrangements published by ALRY Publications. He lives in New York City with his wife Twinkle and their son Ezra.
